take the fraction of 3/4 and multiply it by 24 = 18hrs add 18 hrs to your 10:00 and you would get that the time would be

I don't understand why anyone would vote against steiner's answer. It's the most insightful way to answer the question, and it doesn't require a calculator. It does depend on measuring time with a 12-hour clock (as it doesn't exclude the possibility of the difference being 18 hours), but it's a reasonable interpretation.

It is not a multiple of 4 because 42 is not a multiple of 4.
So 121036842 = 6(mod 12).
That means we advance 6 hours from 10:00 to
get 4:00.
