and which Minuet is that really famous one he wrote?

At least twenty, all my books say something different, I've studied Bach he's my favorite composer, my favorite concerto is BWV 1052, you should hear the Amsterdam guitar trio play that, WOW, I especially like his lute studies for classical guitar. As for that minuet I'm almost sure it's the one in G.

a lot of concertos. Minuet in G is the one written in 3/4 time and some "Dreamgirls" group performed it in 4/4 in the 1960's. The Brandenburg concertos are awesome.

im not sure how many concertos he rote..
