GM hasnt moved in years... GOldman sachs is rising, SunTrust will rise when JPM announces the acquisition, Citi will rise once they report their profits (from all the cutbacks).
Ebays isnt that great.. If you want to go tech you should go for yahoo or something like that...

if you want to be like warren buffet buying stock sint gonna get you there fast.. you have to start shorting and doing options!

1. Don't buy stocks via the suggestions of strangers.
2. Don't buy stocks based on a "feel"

I congratulate you for being aggressive & starting your investing early. If I had done that 40 years ago I'd be much
better off that I am today (although... thanks to my investments I'm doing well). My small suggestion for the day is; Pick up a couple of books on basic investing. Take your time reading them. I guarantee what you'll learn will help you be more sucessful than most of your peers.

You're much smarter than I was (at your age)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you don't have the capital to diversify sufficiently, i would suggest investing in a mutual fund or index fund.

If you're "investing" in order to learn how to pick stocks, you might want to talk a little about what criteria you've used to pick the stocks that you already own.

If you want to be like warren buffet, then read all you can about his investment style. Go to Berkshire Hathaway's web site and read all of his letters to shareholders. They are very insightful. Once you fully understand and apply his investment strategies, you will not have to ask for stock picks.
