for some reason, my phone is always a victim of a crank call or those damn people that call to sell products.
so if i dont recognize the number i dont answer it.
they can leave a message if its important
so i advise that u do the same! =]

I get unknown caller with 000-000-0000 which is totally wierd. (I was told it was God calling but I doubt he uses a phone.) I just punch talk and end right behind each other and make my phone quit ringing.

it could be a friend calling from someone else's number who doesnt want you to have their number or it could be a prank call. so its up to you to decide
