Can't connect to LAN at work. What's the problem.?

Last year I used the job's High Speed LAN with a connected cable. This year I came back and it reads 100Kbs but I can't open the internet. I tried 'repair' and other things. It is my personal laptop(Dell) I just don't know what to do.

Check your IP and DNS settings making sure they match the work one.
