I know some Canadians speak French. Am I right? ( I don't know if I am)In your opinion,do most of the French speaking people also speak English??

Quebec is the only province out of our ten that speaks French.
If you go to Montreal or Quebec City, most people can speak English, but they prefer if you make an effort to speak French.
If you go to the countryside many people cannot speak English. French is spoken in dozens of countries, and the dialect differs in each country...just like English. You don't need to say 'Canadian French'...just like you wouldn't say, "He speaks Australian English; She speaks Singaporean English; They speak American English." In most cases you would just say, "He speaks French; He speaks English." ...but, you can refer to people from Quebec as French-Canadians.

I'm not Canadian, but I do speak French and my ancestry includes French Canadians.

Many people around the globe speak English.
