how do you get in the gym

i've beaten the game on my saphire, so i know what im saying here..you go further past fortree untill you get to the log "bridge". Cross the "Bridge" and you'll see steven and an invisible keckleon. he gives you a scope thing and you fight/catch the keckleon. then steven leaves. now you go back to fortree and use the scope on the invisible keckleon blocking the way to the gym. it will run into a tree and you can go in the gym then.

you will need to find the guy with the devon scope, he is outside the city. If you leave the city via the northeastern exit and follow the trail a bit you will see him standing on a bridge(i think) he will give you the scope that allows you to see ketchleon the camelion pokemon. Once you have the scope you can go back to fortree and reveal the pokemon blocking your way to the gym.

It should be blocked by something invisible. If you go to the next route east of Fortree, Steven should be waiting and demonstrates how to use the Devon Scope he gives you. It turns out the Invisible thing is a Kecleon camoflauged. Use that to get the Kecleon out of the way from the gym.

Go to to the next route there you can see steven, he will give you the devon scope then use the devon there then kecleon will run away then that's the way to enter the gym.

i agree with shawn i beat my sapphire,ruby,& emerald games way back and now i'm on my way 2 finish my pokedexes with the USED leaf green i bought yesterday from gamestop YAY :) i just have 2 beat the elite 4,get the national dex, & fix celio's trading maching then i'm gonna trade the pkmn i need 2 complete my pokedexes then maybe start LF GREEN OVER 2 get SUICUNE.
