"Free Love" And people keep saying that if we had thay attitude in WWII then we would have a horrible country. But the difference between this and WWII is that Germany was invading countries and spreading communism. We are only in Iraq because we didn't know what to do after 9/11...........
to Free Love, how the hell can you come out with garbage like that, since when did Germany in WW2 spread communism, if you do not know the difference between communism and nazism then your a lost cause and really should not be allowed to partake in a forum like this. Secondly JUST as in WW2 the spread of nazism and today the spread of Islamic facism is no different at all, we know exactly what to do after 9/11 and we are doing it, thank goodness you civilians do not make excutive decisions, glad to see though that no attack on US soil since 9/11 I guess thats all just down to luck.

I personally feel that we need to get out of Iraq ASAP. I am opposed to the war to begin with and think that we shouldn't be there in the first place.
We need to pull out and let Iraq be. If, in the future, we see that the country is being ruled by corrupt leaders then we need to bring the problem in front of the U.N. But people are dying and there is no point to it.
We need to get out soon and start worrying about problems within our own country. And if we are going to get involved in the affairs of others, we need to take a look at Iran.
And people keep saying that if we had thay attitude in WWII then we would have a horrible country. But the difference between this and WWII is that Germany was invading countries and spreading communism. We are only in Iraq because we didn't know what to do after 9/11.
The two events are unrelated!

He could do that today...however.
That is not his plan, White house 'sorta' leaked his true plan a wee bit early a couple of days ago to AP but the Corp. media censored it quickly.
It was still a bit too soon.
Bush plans on running Iraq like our government runs South Korea. Multiple perm. military bases..just like in South Korea, local government hand picked and friendly to the US..just like South Korea.
With key bases guarding Baghdad ...AND....you guessed it....Iraq's oil fields...well technically they are now the US Mega Oil Companies oil fields now....Iraq will get a little compensation for them...like the pennies they throw to Texas farmers for the millions of dollars of oil they pump out on their land.
Yahoo news released the white house statements given to AP briefly before the Corp. Media noticed that the info could be damaging to the president..then they pulled it.
Should Bush stop the war, pointless question...sort-ta like asking the tobacco industry if they will stop selling tobacco.
This should not really be news...the truthers have been saying this from day 1 of the war...ya those folks that the media call fringe conspiracy nuts.
Who is really nuts?

the west should learn a very imp lesson. Whatever you do in this part of the world, you will get zero credit for it and a lot of double talk.
Better guard the us border and keep an eye on gangs. Saudi money is at work everywhere.

no.
he should cut the number of troops in Iraq definately,
but he should still have a presence in the middle east
(Afganistan,some in Iraq, and pakistan)
but only enough to contain terrorism.
Also, it would be better in the long run because the next country we go to war with will definately be in Asia
(IRAN, China)

yes, We have a lot of problems here in the US. The middle class is getting whoooped right now. But then again his party doesn't really care about the middle class. He was voted in to make the rich richer and he is doing a great job of that.

We elect mayors, Governors, Senators, and congressmen to take of the state level problems.
If we had the "stop the war and take care of home' attitude back in WWII, I would be dead or speaking German right now.
