Reparations, the transfer of disputed territory on the borders and the transfer of colonies. There would also have been limitations on the size of military forces.
Very similar to what the victorious allies imposed on the Central Powers. They shared a similar view of the world.

Before the United States entered WW1, Germany had all but won that war. Britain was out of money, out of war materiel, and almost out of manpower. The German government contacted the British government and offered to call off the war, with each side going back to its prewar borders. The British would have had to accept it (and, when you think about it, it was a generous offer by Germany), except the Jewish bankers told the British lords to hold back. "You can yet win this war," the Jews told the Brits. "We can guarantee that the United States will enter the war on England's side, and Germany will be defeated." And that's what happened.
So instead of the equitable settlement that Germany had proposed several years earlier, Germany was humiliated and hobbled with the punitive burdens imposed by the Treaty of Versailles. And that's why WW2 broke out 20 years later.

This is not so hypothetical a question.
The US would have lost nothing.
Japan would have had to give back some Pacific islands which cost us a terrible price to take some two decades later.
Germany would have retained its useless African colonies.
Austro-Hungary would have taken over the European parts of the Ottoman Empire, and probably Serbia as well.
There would have been no Zionist Palestine.

united states of america and large Britain could have fought on for some years with a view to defeat Germany. at the same time as your concept is available and could have got here approximately as you state. it is noticeably no longer likely the USA could ever of given up.
