Chavez is considerably more loony than Hillary. I don't care much for either person, but lets be realistic here. Hillary is a liberal (maybe even a moderate liberal). Hugo Chavez is a crackpot ultra leftist. He is an anachronism from the 1980's and the Cold War. Though, depending on who you ask, gender IS a difference between the two.

No. 1992 was a big year for both ... Chavez's first coup failed, while Hillary made her way into the White House. Other than that, Chavez is probably more honest.

I'm not sure there's much of a gender difference - I think they both like women at least.
Hillary speaks *american* (not english) and Chavez doesn't, although if you heard her ridiculous hillbilly speech, well, if you hear her speaking in general you'd probably come to the realization that nothing either of them would say was going to make any sense to you.
