I love them both what a hard choice!!! Either would be good for me everyone thinks I'm gross but they are both good.. I would have to say if I to eat the whole container it would have to Sour Cream only cuz it's lighter on your stomach but I could probably do both If I had to 1 at a time of course!!!

I would have to say sour cream, because mayo is really greasy, I think I would throw up if I had to eat mayo.
