Hey over here, over here!!! They always take forever to get to taking my order. Then I would say, probably "I'll take the blank, and is it any good? Obviously if they tell me no, I will not order it, and sometimes, someone in a nearby seat will say "don't eat this or this is great". Just me!!!

Can I have .... and then pleases and thank yous. I worked as a waitress to pay the bills at university and there is nothing worse than a rude customer and no excuse for it!

I'm a server...so i kinda like to see how the server starts off...if they are friendly ....attentive....ect.
I kinda scope'em out 1st before i begin doing all the talking.
NOW...if their very cold and non talkative i try to loosen them up ...if that doesn't work....then it usually puts me in the same mood and i wanna get out of their ASAP...so i ask for my food and drinks and so on...

i usually go with "yeah how about getting me a...." that always seems to work for me. but i always have that lil bit of hesitation when the waitor/waitress comes by. as if my food choice will offend her or something. stupid i know.
