I reviewed my bank statement and found out I was still paying for an internet service I haven't used in years. I've tried to reach the company via email and phone, but they do not respond. I even complained to the BBB.

I just saw that they charged me again for another month. What else should I do?

Are they directly debiting from your checking account or from a debit card?
If from your checking account, you need to tell your bank that it is fraud and that they are NOT to continue letting this company continue to auto draft checks from your account.
If it is from your debit card, report the debit card as stolen and ask for a replacement.

For the future, make sure that you pay each bill rather than let the company do it. I had the same problem from AOL, but I had done it with a credit card and was able to dispute it with Visa.
Good luck.

Instruct your bank to stop making the payment.
