Funny how humans seem to think they can make mowers fly by hitting large objects, they do jump but where's the fun in that.
What you have done is like was said by carman, ya done kilt the motor by bending the crankshaft...let me know when the mower funeral services will be held, I'll send plastic flowers!

Sounds like you bent the crankshaft. It is fixable but would cost more than a new mower. Basic push mower at Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot is $100-140.

before u pronounce the mower dead. see where oil is coming from. if crank was bent wouldnt oil go out bottom.? i wonder if oil fill tube got knocked off. if u bent crank, it might be kind of hard to pull starter cord. as for a dead lawnmower, u can get a replacement at a flea mkt or craigslist. check yardsales. for now use the grumpy guy's from next door. good luck.

you don't say if it is a riding or push mower,if you brought the extended warranty you can take it back and have it fixed or replaced,if it is a push mower and you didn't buy the warranty then just buy a new one it properly be cheaper then trying to have it repaired

The crankcase is overfilled with oil. extra oil would be pushed out of the crankcase interior the direction of the vent tube and into the air clear out section. The restoration is to empty the surplus oil out of the engine and clean the air clear out. it is available that the dipstick is the incorrect one on your engine. maximum small engine use under a million quart of oil.
