Please help me, I'm sooo lost.

i'm not sure what u want, but simply...:
2*x^2=15+3
2*x^2=18
x^2=18/2
x^2=9
x1=+3 and x2=-3
becouse of the ^2 u have two solutions... both 3 and -3 are solution of th eequation

2x^2-3=15 ==>
2x^2 = 15+3 ==>
2x^2 = 18 ==>
(divide each side by 2) ==>
x^2 = 9 ==>

x1 = 3
x2 = -3

x = ± 3
