The link shows it is sold out and no I think at the price you would be disappointed. Dell and HP both offer some very good deals and the Dell I bought my grandsons for less than $400 has been a very good PC for them. If you are wanting more info you can IM me.

It is not. Get a dell computer for the same price and it will be better. The only thing that makes it worth that is the hd dvd which won't get you much with the other hardware components.

it seems to be a low spec machine......
If i were you pitching to a $1000 ball park....
I would get some second hand compter parts on e-bay....
of course this means you need to have a computer savy friend to help.
My brother just got me a new graphics card for just over $100
and it was basically the best card available in 2004. 2 dvi outputs ect......
Not exactly cutting edge but for $100 thats dynamite.
And would probably be alot better than what comes with this cheap package your are looking at.

I like the three year warranty and IBM is a good name but I would go for a bit more RAM, like a gigabyte. It makes the computer run faster.

It's a little outdated for the price.

1,000 will get you a really nice desktop and laptop these days. With better performance than that.

thats really overpriced for how outdated it is. you can get a good computer, with 1GB ram, dvd burner, 120gb hard drive, etc, for around 699-799. don't go with that - its a rip off.

Not a recommended purchase.

Check what you can get from these folks. See what you think.
