I think Bon would definately win. After reading several biographies of the band and on Bon himself, it was revealed that Bon was extremely quick to mix it up at the drop of a hat. The books never said anything about Brian fighting.
In a fight...Bon. In the gym...Brian.

Bon Scott would win for two reasons. He basically grew up on the street, and always got into barfights and survived, even having fun doing it.
And yes, Bon Scott is a much better singer.

Brian Johnson seems to have bigger muscles than ol' Bon plus Bon Scott's dead so.. Bon is the better singer in my opinon though.
