I didn't like it, because it never explains WHY Hannibal became a cannibalistic serial killer. All you get is a revenge story about him targeting the men who ate his sister.

Hannibal Rising is the BEST horror/drama movie ever filmed! Gaspard Ulliel is perfect as a young Dr. Hannibal Lecter.

It was terrible. The guy who played Hannibal didn't have any of the style that Hopkins brought to the role.

I enjoyed the film. It did explain a lot, you just have to read into it a little bit. Dark, without being horror. Different from the others, but still worth watching.

I liked it. It did explain why he became the way he is. Maybe if youre an idiot you cant realize it but it is a pretty good movie.

didn't get 2 see it cause it only ran at the flicks 4 two weeks. Enjoyed the book though.
