My tenants is crying sue if I touch her extra vehicles that are parked in my tiny lot. It is making things congested and unsafe. It is not in the lease but how are you going to think of something like that? How do I legally get these vehicles out of here?

depends on the lease. if the number of vehicles allowed isnt specified the only thing you can do is ride it out and refuse to lease to them again when the current lease expires

YOU can call a tow truck. If its on your property illegally, you can tow it.

First and foremost, draw up a contract stating that they are ONLY allowed ONE vehicle to be parked on your property at any one time. ANY additional vehicles on your property without permission or clearance from you, shall be towed at owners expense.

Have them sign it, give them a copy and if they further violate your terms, have them towed.

Include these terms in your next Tenant contract.

Evict them ! redo the contract/lease to include the parking permitted clause and then re rent to someone else...its your property .and you can remove them for any good reason that will stand up in court like...it is my property and i want them out so i can remodel the property to increase its value!
