Always is the best. I have tried so many others and they always leak. I use Always Clean. Its the pad and each pad comes with a wipe. It's very helpful. I use the ones with wings because the ones with out them leak. The packaging is very loud though! I agree, but most pads do have loud packaging. If I were you I would use Always Clean. I use a Ultra Light. Which sounds like nothing but I have never had a leak. Good luck!

they make special pads, the wrapper doesnt make that noise, cuz its made out of a different material. im not sure what it is, look it up on the internet or something. i used always, but i switched to tampax sport. if ur period is heavy, use wings. i had the most embarassing leak my freshman year of highschool, which is why i switched to tampons. and if you dont want it making that sound, open the wrapper, but dont take it off the plastic, and put it in ur purse. so its not as loud.

my doctor says no scented pads and no pads that have that mesh lining on them. these kind of pads are really popular and say that they will keep you dry and they come in a pretty package.... but they cause infections and you dont want to start dealing with that stuff....trust me!!!! I would recomend the old fashion cotton top pads that are not scented. this is usually the store brand cheap ones. they will say "cotton top" on the bag instead of "super dry lining " or mesh lining" ....if you can start using tampons I would suggest that to you. they are way cleaner & actually better for you as long as you keep them changed and dont use scented ones.....good luck

I like Kotex ultra thin, if you like the wings, they have those too.
They are super thin, and you don't feel like you are wearing a diaper. They also have the quieter packaging, not like the little plastic wrappers, everyone can hear you open.

Depends are for urine incontinence, I think you meant something else, but we know what you mean.

Depends on your flow. I get Always regular with wings. If your heavy you should get super with wings. wings keep them in place. Always is a great brand.

always are much better
and they dont show thru clothes like there is this girl in my grade who depends and you can see her pad through her pants and is not what you want
so go with always or anything thats not too thick

Always is good. Depends are a lot thicker....more like diapers. Always are thinner. They're both probably about the same in pretection.

always clean with the cleaning pad are the best. I have had 12 periods and I now use tampons they are easier and cleaner, and you can use tampons after your third period. Hope this helps!!

honestly, i'd switch over to tampons. In my opinion they are cleaner, and easier once you get the hang of it! and for a first time user I would get one with a plastic applicator. Sorry but I hate pads, so I can't recommend any to you.
