They are allowed to be vain. And others are allowed not to want to be around that person because of it.

People who invest time and energy are considered vain, which is not totally accurate. Vanity has such negative connotations and it does not need to. Because a person is into taking time to look good does not mean that that is all they are into, it is just important to them.

of course! They spend the time and energy to make themselves look good, they should be able to celebrate it.
And being conceited isn't the worst thing in the world. The only people who have a problem with conceited people are the ones with low self esteem.

well, they are allowed but no one likes vain or conceited people. and if you think that it is ok for good looking people to be vain, something is SERIOUSLY wrong with you

no b/c everyone's beautiful in their own way. It's not right to be cocky and vain b/c u may be hurting other people and of course you are hurting yourself!
