My bbt's were high last week- in the 97.3 range for 3 days, then it went to the 96.4 range for three days, yesterday it was 95.2 and now this morning is dropped to 94.3. i have a dr's appt on 6/20 but I was just wondering if anyone knew what all this means. I'm suppose to ovulate either tomorrow or thurs but my cm and position has not changed.

One single temp shouldn't upset your chart too much. It's the overall pattern that matters. I normally get a drop the day before ovulation, it can actually help by making it easier to see the rise after ovulation. You may just be ovulating later this cycle, try not to stress too much especially if you are ttc. Your doctor can tell you more but in the meantime please don't worry! Good luck!!

have sex every day now, so you wouldnt miss the O day. Everybody's basic body temp is different, what's normal for me 97.6, could be high for someone else. But go see a doc, anyways. And good luck.

With BBT's that low it could indicate a thyroid problem. I would ask for a thyroid level to be drawn.
