What glue will stick dried flowers and ribbon to ceramic tiles?

I want to do a craft project with primary school children where we stick some flowers on the front of the tile and a ribbon hanger on the back. Which glue should I use?

I'm sorry to say, but this is not a good project for children that young. Most glues will fail under the weight of the tile. Their little hands will destroy the dried flowers Why not use artificial flowers and foam core board?
