Infertility has many reasons, and most of them do not end your period. Some women are sterile because they have had their uterus removed (hysterectomy), and those women will not bleed. Some women are sterile because they are past menopause, and they do not bleed. Not bleeding is no proof of infertility though, especially in older women.
