I like all types of houses, many people have said that my house is pretty big. I'm also very much into real estate, I like all different types of houses, my favorite would be old Victorian style on pre civil war farm homes that have been remodeled.
As a living prefrence I rather live in a biger home. That way I would have enough room for my family, my craft room, my workout room and with a finished basement for a recreation room. It would also have to have a garage, because I like to work and get my hands dirty building stuff and gardening.

I like small houses. I've tried the "big" house thing and it's too hard to keep up. If you can afford a maid and a lawn service, more power to you. Otherwise, a small house is more my style.

I prefer a bigger house. I like to have room to spread out. Enough room for the kids to play. Enough room to entertain, and enough room so that if you choose to be alone; you can go off and be by yourself.

It does seem like you spend a lot of time cleaning though. But for me it's worth it. =)
