I'm graduating with my MA soon and want to move out of Jersey. What are some good places for a 26 year old single guy to move to? I like the snow and hate the heat, so I would like a place that has all 4 seasons. I was thinking of Chicago. Anyone have any other ideas?

Congratulations on graduating with your MA! I can certainly understand why you'd want to move away from Jersey.

Chicago is good. I'd think it would be great for a single guy. Grand Rapids, MI is still growing in it's economy & it's one of the most beautiful cities in MI, with great beaches & wonderful restaurants & entertainment. Traverse City, MI is another beautiful city, close to great skiing in the winter and absolutely beautiful scenery from gorgeous sunsets over Lake Michigan, to cherry blossoms in the spring and Fall colors in Autumn. Indianopolis & Ft. Wayne are growing. Even Minneapolis, MN is a great city...mall of America, if you want to find good shopping...

Good luck. You'll do well, I'm sure.

you may look into the job concern in numerous cities and then start up picking the place to stay. If there is an area of SoCal you like, start up looking there, and likewise evaluate your possibilities in scientific good point. in case you're actually not conscious of SoCal, then come for a pass to. it incredibly is as much as you what section feels precise for you. long sea coast has some very superb factors at actual looking expenses (for SoCal, so no longer decrease priced), yet see if there are jobs available. whilst openings for some jobs interior the scientific occupation are extra ample than in different professions in CA precise now, there continues to be a great form of opposition for them. in lots of situations it takes some month to have your CA PA license processed in case you turn in each and all the main appropriate place of work work. good luck!

I think that you could move to Pennsylvania, personally i live here and i love it, there are awesome places here and a lot of job offers that would probably be acceptable for you. Its an exciting place to meet girls. The weather maybe be a little bad, considering that in the summer its HOT and in the winter it's cold and in the other seasons it stays the same.

I am from Chicago and although I don't live there anymore, I still live nearby...It is a GREAT city! Lots of flavor, culture and entertaining things to do...not to mention the BEAUTIFUL lakefront. Plus, if you have the heat (as I do!) you only have to wait a couple of minutes for the weather to change, or else...jump in the lake! :D

Canada.. it's cool there and there are lots of interesting places to go to. I've been there before and the weather is perfect. I also say that you should go where you want to go. Chicago is a great place to start a new life too!
