You can get regular reptile vitamins to dust your crickets with or sprinkle some on his veggies, but they also make a special powder that is just calcium. I use the regular vitamins 2 times a week, and I use the calcium once a week. I use Repti Cal + D3 for the calcium, and I only use it once a week, because I've heard that too much Vitamin D3 can be toxic, but they still need it. I would get some pretty soon though. Most places that sell beardies should inform you about all of that before they sell them, so you can be ready with everything you need. Good luck though!

I hate the calcium airborne dirt and dust!! i could continuously see it come out while they did there company. A vet advised me as quickly as that reptiles each and every from time to time cant soak up the calcium while this is in airborne dirt and dust style. i began out using the liquid calcium and gave it to my dragons by using mouth in a eye dropper. in no way had situation after that.

A Beardie needs to have calcium dusted insects daily, as well as using the calcium with D3 on a weekly basis. The insects should also be gutloaded prior to feeding. They should also have access to the proper UV lighting, to allow them to actually utilize the calcium.

buy a powdered supplement and use as directed, when or if your dragon is large enough a pinkie mouse every now and then(every third feeding) will be even better because of its bio availability as well as the other nutrients and water contained in the pinkie.and don't forget to provide the proper lighting for absorption as well as heat for digestion.
