You know how you see kids you see who dress differently (as in the huge baggy goth pants with chains...or anything that isn't preppy), or are quieter, or are into palm readings (for example), well why do people dub them as "shy" or "weird" I mean, they probably have confidence but just a more introverted personality.

confidence is being happy with yourself and being proud of who you are. it is also not caring what other people think about you.
