i really hope you're kidding, but... No milk can not cause a positive pregnancy test. The only thing that causes a positive pregnancy test is higher HCG levels in your body. These are caused by actual pregnancy.

No, not that I've ever heard of, unless you pour the milk directly on the test - and that would only be if IT somehow had HGC in it - not likely, as cows don't produce human hormones. If you're coming up with a positive pregnancy test, whoever's urine was on the stick is expecting.
If it was you that provided the urine, then it's time to see a doctor.

doubtful... pregnancy tests check for the amount of HCG in your system. the body only produces this in females if she is pregnant. in males, they will produce this hormone if they have testicular cancer... not that males should be taking pregnancy tests, but its an interesting side note.
tests check for certain levels and depending on the test the amount of sensitivity it has to the hormone varies. so you could get a false negative when you really are pregnant if your levels aren't high enough to detect via urine. false positives are very rare, however, but have been known to occur. false positives could be caused by a faulty test. i'm not sure what else would cause them...
