its normal to feel this way........wait a minute are you talking about yourself or the house is about to fall apart? when i purchased my first car, i felt like that.......but a car payment isn't as near as long as a house payment though......lol...you are doing a good thing in purchasing your home....good luck

It's totally normal to feel this way, this may be the biggest financial investment of your life.

Nerves are okay. It's actually better than being carefree. If something were to come up, you'd be more prepared to take necessary actions then if you weren't worried at all. Just make sure you get some sleep and if something should occur, I recommend finding a real estate attorney or working through a title insurance company as early as negotiations next time.
