I need a cardigan to match my red dress and navyblue/white slingbacks.Where can I find cardigans that arent expensive? Also, what color would match my dress and shoes?

I would go for a white cardigan.
I'm pretty sure you can find some on forever21.com in the sweaters section. If it's not in that particular section, click around, you'll find at least one cardigan!

Cardigans don't seem to be completely "in" right now. They are selling a cropped version in some stores (Banana, Gap), but if you want to choose from a variety of cardigans I recommend Ebay or Bluefly. You can search by color & size and then bid or, in the case of Bluefly, purchase. On Ebay, I just found a chocolate brown one by Ann Taylor for around $10 + shipping. And it's new. As far as your color, I would probably stick to navy or white.

I would suggest Ann Taylor. They've got some cardigans, I think. I think white would be a good idea...to tie in the white in the shoes.

Try Target or Mervyns. They will be inexpensive. Or, you can also look at Kohl's.
