I have missed my period for a total of two months now. If I don't get it this month, it will be a total of three months. I know that I am not pregnant, because I never slept with anyone, so I am wondering now, is something seriously wrong with me?

If you've just recently started having your period, then it's normal not to be regualar for the first 2 years. If you've had it for a while, it may be from stress. School is ending, and you may have had exams. Or maybe you've had some very big changes in your life maybe, or are under great emotional stress. I'd talk to your doctor after this month. They should be able to help you understand why this is happening. Hope this helps!

Heavy Excercise can cause your flow to stop for a while, stress can affect people differently, some it gets super heavy, some it stops altogether, malnutrition can cause it to stop...if you are on bc pills seasonale or are doing bc the extended version...you can totally miss periods...i took seasonale and went from very heavy flow to a 2 day light period. best thing to do though is contact a doctor or other health official and ask them

Lots of things can cause a skipped period....
Stress, Weight loss or Weight gain...
A change in your eating habits... etc....
Birth control....
Wait one more month and if things still don't seem right go to the Doctor or even a free clinic.....

Good Luck.

how long have you had your period, are you regular? if so than you may want to go see a doc and make sure that nothing is wrong with you. also are you under a lot of stress, if so that can interfer with your period but it should not make it stop.

Yes, there could be something wrong going on but the only way to find out if it's a hormone imbalance or something else going on is to see your dr to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think is going on.

well if you are 11-13 yrs old it takes up to a year after your first period to get it every month.

and if your kinda on the heavy side or big bones like my sister. you will not get it every month.

so stay calm it will come.

good luck
