Drink water all week long, no sodas or coffees. Green Tea might help too. Jump rope if you can for about 15 minutes. Jog around for a while. If its to hot out, go indoors where its cool and do push-ups til you sweat.

Eat veggies all week long to! Like spinach, broccoli, green beans.

Just go for a walk. Do some yard work. Do some sit ups, a few push ups. Eat healthy for a day or so, and you'll never notice it.
