I'm several days behind on my work as I been procrastinating and doing fun things. How do i catch myself up. Most of it is hundreds of work email's

I think it would be helpful to reward yourself for completing tasks. Right now, you are having fun before work, and it is giving you a negative affect. If you do work before fun, you will reap positive benefits. Not only will more work get done, but you will feel a sense of accomplishment as well. Do not feel overwhelmed, throwing your hands up in the air. It is often times difficult to start a project when we are trying to avoid it or behind in the tasks. Once you make the initial tackle of the assignment, you will find it easier and easier to work through it. Work ethic is like a muscle, the more you work at it, the better it will be. Good luck!

By completing one task at a time and don't worry about how much or how much time. Get to work!
