uh....i listen to screamo music really loud, yell at someone, only for some reason, i yell really fast...lol and scream lol

I'm totally nonviolent, but of course I get angry every now and then. You just have to do something with the energy that builds up. Try running, get a dartboard, punching bag etc.

It's VERY hard!! I would have to take a deep breath and hold myself back before I make an attempt to beat the living crap out of someone.

ooh...sorry honey but I cant even help MYSELF control my own anger, let alone help anyone else. I just usually black out and forget what I'm saying/doing. which...idk if thats good or not lol.
