Soft and shiny lips?

What do i have to put on my lips to make it soft and shiny without using any lipgloss or anything?

I know putting vasseline at night can make your lips better, but what can i use outside to apply on my lips? I want a natural look.thanks.

Vaseline comes in little tubes & is okay to use outdoors too.

Put palmers cocoa butter on your lips.

u can rub them with a soft tooth brush and then put vitamin E
