yes that stuff is just nasty and at my work the mantenance people wait like 4 months before they clean the walls again I saw the same crust of above this one urinal for almost a year, I eventually just started using the urinals on the other side

Which is why I never go into a public restroom (unless I have no other choice). People are so freaking NASTY!!!
