The best thing to do is to get a copy of the text you will be using in the course. If you call the bookstore at the college they can probably tell you the book that will be used.

If you get the exact title of the book you might be able to buy a used copy on line (try half.com website) for a low price.

If you cannot find the exact book, look for a used copy of an anatomy book that is a few years old. Anatomy hasnt changed much in the last 25 years so a 5 or 8 year old book will be fine to study from, and maybe you can pick one up for just a few dollars.

When you check the book make sure that you find out exactly what edition it is - 1st, 2nd , 3rd, etc. The text book companies that make the books changes them a little bit every few years so that they can sell more copies. If possible, you want to get the exact same edition that is used in the course.
