A good eyeshadow color should flatter your skin tone. Here's how to determine your skin tone. :
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.
For an easy everyday look, I suggest dark, coffee brown eyeliner tight against the upper lash line only. Brown makes blue pop.
Consider wearing dark brown/black mascara for day & saving black mascara for evening.
For lips, a soft, natural, sheer red - "your lips but better".

I am of similiar colouring.....i usually wear bronze, shimmery browns, neutrals, violets, whites, greys, metallic blue, green!.....the list is very long LOL.
Its more trial and error.....save an afternoon to have to yourself and experiment with different colours.....
I stay clear of pinks and colours that are too orange-y as they make my face look too red/pink.
Just have fun and try them all!
I also love shimmery pink gloss (maybelline wet shine diamonds in rhinestone pink is my fav at the moment). I make up my eyes to make them stand out with shadow, a dark grey liner (black it too harsh for me) and lots of black mascara....then go neutral for my lips....it looks fab.....with a peachy or bronze blusher to highlight cheeks.....
If you really want to have fun check out the makeup counters in pharmacies and places like Myer....they have professional makeup consultants who can help you with colour choices if you really have no clue....book and appointment and just relax while they do the work! Then you can purchase the colours they use after they have finished!
have fun!

i'm a fairskinned crimson-head (as a rule Freckless) i come across Maybelline 3-in-a million Creamy organic Base is the final for mixing honest with freckles. it is likewise SPF 15 and does not reason brake-outs. A black-brown eye -liner compliments eyes o.k.. Black mascara and organic pinks, browns, blues and vegetables make great eyeshadow colorations. As for blush shop it mild. a mild Bronze or reasonable pinkish are superb. crimson-heads look ultimate with a clean look. Lipstick, shop it gentle and organic something that suits or extremely deepens the lips. sidestep Oranges and Yellows, they make your epidermis look crimson and blotchy. terrible conflict.
