Another word for sharp-tongued could be scolding or insulting.

A person who is impulsive doesn't think before he acts. For example, a child is impulsive when he grabs another child's toy. He doesn't think before he takes the other child's plaything.

sharp-tongued: basically, able to quickly say things that are usually hurtfull. Someone with a sharp-tongue is quick at responding to a comment and is usually able to jab back at them.

Impulsive- doing something without thinking. An impulsive person acts in a whim, because they want to, because it feels right in the moment. A sudden urge gets them to act without thinking it through first.

Rebellious- acting out against a set of rules. You can rebell against your parents, dissobeying them. Or you can rebell against your government, or society, doing things that are out of character of the norms of the society. But all being rebellious is, is doing something against the normal or against a set of rules.
