once you have the national dex and beat the game you will automatically have it. You migrate them and catch them in pal park. (there is a 100% chance you catch them it just does this so you can get points and a berry.)

Insert your Ruby or Sapphire in the GBA Slot of your DS. Turn on DP, and select the option Migrate from Ruby/Sapphire (You need the National Dex and you need to get notified Pal Park is opened). Select your six Pokemon, and then go to Pal Park to catch them.

Warning: you must have already beeten the elite four to do this
First of all diamond or pearl and the game your trading from must be inserted in the ds. After this start diamond/ pearl till you get to the screen where it says Continue, New game, migrate from (whatever game you inserted on the other slot), and nintendo WFC settings. Click on the "migrate from (whatever game your trading from)" and then say yes. Say yes again and you'll come up to your pc in the game in you inserted. you must choose up to six pokemon in the pc in order to migrate them. when this is completed it'll save and you must now do a catching show on route 221.

you have to beat the elite four and get the national dex i think. once u do that u gotta go to twinleaf town. u go south and surf till you get to the pal park building. save in pal park building and then put the GBA game into the slot for the GBA games. turn game back on and go to pokemon pearl/diamond. choose to migrate at pokemon menu.

use the connector to trade ruby to sapphire, the put one in the ds slot #2, on the game menu you know where it says continue new game etc. you'll see a option that says migrate from sapphire pick 6 pkmn the press continue the go to pal park a talk to the dude in green and yellow hat.

You have to complete the game and have the National Pokedex. Then the Pal Park will open, and you can transfer Pokemon into Pal Park and catch them there.

confident you could, pokemon from ruby/saphire/emerald/leaf green/fire crimson can all be traded in to the recent diamond and pearl video games making it a threat to have over 4 hundred pokemon interior the recent pokemon video games!!
