haha, but bill hasnt been our president for quite some time now.
and no the canadians don't worship elk, thank you very much. they have a prime minister. The prime minister is the head of government. The prime minister is appointed by the governor general, but to ensure the continuity of a stable government this person will always be the one who has the confidence of the House of Commons to lead the government. The Prime minister is Stephen Harper. They act much like the president would for USA.
now stop acting like canada is this big hick of a country. They have the same government as Britain almost, and they have bigger cities then New York! (Toronto, Montreal)
