That is quite impossible.
Your body naturally generates electricity. That is how your nerves and muscles (Like your heart) work.
Without electricity you would be dead.
Please rephrase the question.
Do you mean "Would you live without the mechanical/chemical(battery) generation of electricity?"
I say "Yes".

You bet I would......... but Id need an advance on the milly LOL!!!......Id take off to Tahiti and buy a patch of land by the beach and spend my days fishing, diving, painting the scenery, drawing nood chicks, drinking exotic cocktails, playing my acoustic guitar, and snoozing under a palm tree. I would buy gas camper lights so I can stay up a bit later at night, I'd have to use an old wood fired cooker to make my stews, and boil my water for coffees but thats cool......also a gas fired BBQ would be handy, other things I could do is write a book or a novel, write some music, read a lot of books, go beach combing every day, could even set up a home gym and workout every 2nd day , maybe plant a banana plantation and do pottery when I get bored, Id even start stone carving which is something Ive wanted to do for years. I could also help the locals with any work they need doing? etc....it would be fantastic.

I don't think it'd be worth it in the long run. With that electricity I could make more money. Plus what am I just gonna live in an amish cabin in the woods. I love the city too much to make a sacrifice of that magnitude. I don't think a million dollars is enough money to make me wanna live amish for a year.
In a nutshell.
NO!

NO. There was an icestorm about 6 years ago here and we went 17 days without electricity. Not fun. People may say yes, but they're really not thinking it through.

I would in a heartbeat. I'd just cook things with fire, wash my clothes in a rover and go from there. I know it's rough, but for only 365 days.. for a million dollars? Thats about $2740 a day!!! I could put up with alot for that kinda money..

Sure, I would read books, buy candles and lanturns. I'd buy a nice wood burning stove, and the best cords of wood for the winter. I'd have enough money to buy the best clothing for each season of the year.
