oddly convenient way to change district lines, and thereby dilute the voice of the black man... there's no big hurricane machine of course, but for those that could afford to wait, those that would benefit from the genocide and FORCED MIGRATION, surely mother nature would provide in due time. then it's just a matter of keeping certain areas from rebuilding, convincing those around of the 'blight' that could be kept from coming back, and voila! YOU GOT YOURSELF A FEW MORE WHITENED DISTRICTS. if this is the 'new south', i consider myself lucky to be in california.

Katrina replaced right into a ctaegory 2 while it made landfall in New Orleans...the army corps of engineers knew that the levees they geared up ought to no longer face up to a hurricane, even a type 2. So the levees broke and led to all the wear and tear in NO, no longer Katrina. And it replaced into the 1st time in over 40 years that a hurricane had hit. Too undesirable we don't have the components to rebuild our very own u . s . a ....end results of the Iraq warfare, which no, i do no longer think of replaced into planned, yet failures additionally weren't considered while going into warfare. right this is MY conspiracy concept (and it incredibly is facetious) Bush has finished no longer something to preserve the border with Mexico, simply by fact it incredibly is all Mexicans coming in to do the artwork he's unable to investment nor worrying approximately. FEMA stands for discover each Mexican available

I actually heard a conspiracy theory connecting Katrina with the JFK assassination.

Ok, it goes like, Lee Harvey Oswald spent time in New Orleans before going to Dallas. Supposedly, he had made contacts with certain Cuban groups, Mafia, and CIA while there. Ok, the story says that somewhere in New Orleans is a basement (I know, in a city below sea level) where Oswald had kept some files or something. These files would lead directly to the parties responsible. The CIA had been looking for these files for a long time but could not find them. When the storm came along, they blew up the levees in order to flood New Orleans and destroy this vital evidence. Apparantly, they had this plan ready for decades. They just needed a hurricane to ensure the flooding and to provide a cover story for the levees breaking.

That one has my vote for goofy conspiracy story of the week.

You're not far off from what the esteemed Louis Farrakhan has said. He alleged that the levies were exploded in order to allow water to enter New Orleans. This was part of a large plot to remove the blacks from the area. How this was coordinated amongst the many, many parties involved was not disclosed by Mr. Farrakhan.

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan is telling his followers that the levees in New Orleans may have been deliberately "blown up" to kill the city's black population.

The influential preacher was in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Monday, where he detailed his Hurricane Katrina conspiracy theory.

"I heard from a very reliable source who saw a 25 foot deep crater under the levee breach," Farrakhan explained. "It may have been blown up to destroy the black part of town and keep the white part dry."

Farrakhan didn't say who he thought was behind the plot to blow up New Orleans' levees.

The Muslim minister also blasted both FEMA and the Red Cross, saying their response to Katrina victims after the levees were blown up was inadequate.

I'll never understand conspiracy theorists. They make up scenarios to fill in the blanks of information that is missing to them.

Maybe the entire CIA stood on the coast of Texas and blew their breath really hard towards New Orleans.

Maybe during the night, someone came and lowered the entire city of New Orleans below sea level. But that would take a lot of digging. But I guess if they put all the dirt into the ocean, that would make it a little quicker.

Then you get idiots like this Asker to vote for that mayor of New Orleans.

Yes, the bookies in Las Vegas feared the Saints were getting better and had a chance of winning it all, so they hired the Japanese Mafia who has access to weather machines in Russia who themselves wanted to avenge Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
