i feel a load of pressure on my lower abdomin and also when i have sex it can be really uncomfy due to it could it be my baby is now head down? i am 29weeks+1day
it has been like this for almost a week i see the midwife tommorrow i will ask her if i remember

yeah the baby could be getting into position so you feel lots of pressure. Also though, there is just less room in there now the baby is getting pretty big so you're just going to feel pressure anyway. They get into position like around 30-32 weeks but they can still turn around (head up) a few more times after that.

Even IF your baby IS head down right now, it probably won't stay that way. Most babies don't get into position until right before delivery. He or she will be in MANY more positions during the next 11 or so weeks of your pregnancy.

it could mean a lot of things. ask your midwife and dont have sex if its not comfortable
