The batteries will swap a few electrons, but basically nothing.

Assuming you hooked the jumper cables up correctly, absolutely nothing will happen. The battery in both vehicles we be fully charged, so no effect.

Nothing should happen. Should just not take much of a charge from what ever you are using to charge it.

well, you're basically shorting two lead-acid batteries together if you do it wrong....which happeded twice in my life...once on the freeway, once in a parking lot, one burst into flames, was kinda cool. just hook them up right and do not incinerate :)
