What the heck is wrong with women that we can't just find a way to make it happen! For pete's sake, was all of that arguing really necessary? Poor Julia was right that they weren't communicating, and not a single one of them could simply agree and work to make the problem go away. Lemme tell ya...if I acted like that where I work, I'd be fired on the spot! In particular, Tiffany should have said, "Oh, right, you cook eggs every day, maybe you're a better candidate for this task"...then they could all have moved on and felt some success on the day.
Seriously, the girls need to get over themselves, and learn how to work together. As far as I'm concerned, they also need to get over the fact that Julia doesn't have any "high end" cooking experience. If she can do the job, they need to let her, and be glad to have a qualified member on their team.

I think Julia will be a dark horse in this one unless she really messes up. How could any of those women not know how to fry an egg. I'm no chef but I could do that blindfolded with one hand tied behind my back. As for Aaron the crybaby my prediction is that he won't last long at all. If he does I'll be surprised.

I hope Julia will get a backbone and not cry if she achieve this she will win. Shouldn't matter if she's a short order cooker as long as she can learn to cook she will will. And stop crying.
Of the other ladies I think Jen and Joanna will be good contestants.
Melissa is a two-face biotch- she told Tiff that she wouldn't be going home.
As for the guys I think Eddie, Rock and Josh have a chance. Aaron is the next to go... crybaby!!!
As for Chef Ramsey you give me chills in the best ways....

It was GHASTLY!!!!!!!! I will probably never watch it again, as it is ALWAYS Horrible.
Here is my prediction either the short, cute little female that got the good review, or the short order cook, or there is an executive chef.
Probably one of those three. Most were just scary.

Aaron was a crazy crybaby for real!! I hope Julia gets it together too, because I like people who are honest. As much as I like the girl who had to choose the two people, I didn't like how she lied to Tiffany to her face like that.

im glad he picked the right one to leave. she didn't let the other girl do anything. and their whole hold up was the stupid eggs. once the girl took over they were good with eggs. should be an interesting season.

i didn't watch it, we did last year and the year b4 but this guy has totally gotten out of hand and anyone that is willing to take that kind of abuse for 15seconds of fame or a job is a sadist in their own right and deserves what they get but i don't have to b subjected to it.
