Be a dick to him or he'll never stop. I have a friend who hits on every guy's girlfriend, and they either like it or they are just rude to him. It's only going to take once to shut him up.

You should tell him that you are going to tell her if he does not stop. If he still tries hitting on you, tell her. She probably will not believe you. So try to get it recorded or if she lives close, if he calls you go to her house and put it on speaker.
