Crew on a yacht, you can go around the world and get paid for it. Or be a forest ranger, or a fire spotter. Being a smoke jumper or fire fighter is way too dangerous. For me anyway.

nature journalist where you have a show that people want to watch about you and your adventures hopefully doing something kids can watch because that is really where the main audience would start.

Astronaut if you can qualify. Deep sea diving. Test pilot. Geologist searching for oil. --- Again, you would have to train and qualify for any of these activities.
