could this mean he is head down?

i feel a load of pressure on my lower abdomin and also when i have sex it can be really uncomfy due to it could it be my baby is now head down? i am 29weeks+1day
it has been like this for almost a week i see the midwife tommorrow i will ask her if i remember lol

that's possible but then again it could just be the way the baby is lying too
